1.How to order products from TrendyGowns.com?

The shopping procedure at TrendyGowns.com is as following:

  1. Step1: Register or log in your account. If you don't want to register, you can start from step2.
  2. Step2: Select you favorite item, browse the product page, choose the color you want and also the size you need.
  3. Step3: Click "Add to Cart" button, go to checkout.
  4. Step4: Select shipping method and your destination.
  5. Step5: Proceed to checkout with Credit Card.
  6. Step6: Check out as guest/register or log in, and then fill the billing information (be the same as the information in your bank account) .
  7. Step7: Select shipping method
  8. Step8: Select payment method, then click continue
  9. Step9: Order review and place order
2.Is it safe to order products here?

TrendyGowns.com values and respects all customers' personal information. We go to the extreme to ensure the safety of our customers' information. We don't store any of your payment information on the website. And also the payments are guaranteed and made through the credit card payment company which is considered to be secure and trustworthy. And we will never share your information with the third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3.Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order. However as you know that our dresses are made to order; the size is made according to your measurements and also the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. The detailed information about cancelling orders (Before delivery):

  1. 1.  All dress orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. 2.  All dress orders canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
  3. 3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
4.When will I receive my order?

Before your order is shipped, TrendyGowns.com has to process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control tests. Because of this, total delivery time is different to shipping time alone. The total time to receive your order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note that processing time differs from different styles of the dresses. In general, processing time of all the dresses will be in the 9 – 14 days. The more complicated of the dress is, the longer processing time will be. The details processing time will be marked on the product page of each dress.

Shipping Time:
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 days
  • Standard Shipping: 6-8 days
  • Super Saving Shipping: 10-20 days.
5.I ordered a standard sized dress, not a custom size, why is it taking so long?
No matter the standard sized dress or the custom sized dress, for TrendyGowns.com, we all need the processing time to make it. In general, the processing time will be in the 9-14 days. If you add this time to shipping time, you will have an idea when you will get your dream dress.
6.What if I have a question before placing an order?
TrendyGowns.com offers the Livechat service for our customers. If you have any questions need our help, you can start a Livechat with our online customer service representatives. If the Livechat it not available at that time, you can also contact us by email: service@TrendyGowns.com. We will reply you as soon possible.

About Made-to-Order FAQs

1.How to choose color and size?

If you don't know how to choose the color you want or the size you need, you can refer to our color chart and size chart. Please note that when you choose the color of the dresses you wanted, you should choose it according to the fabric since color differs from fabrics.

2.How to measure?

We highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

All the measurements should be measured a little bit loose with possibility of one figure inside of the tape except the following two exceptions:

  • (1) Upper bust
  • (2) If under the case that customer pursues the accentuated waistline in the case of elastic material

In order to make you measure accurately, you can choose to see the pictures of how to measure on each product page.

3.How far in advance should I order my dress?

For ordering the perfect dress, the timing is very important and we take that as seriously as you do. We suggest you order a minimum of 5 weeks before you need to wear your special occasion dress.

The best way to ensure a stress-free shopping experience is to allow plenty of time for our tailoring and shipping periods, plus additional time to try on the dress and make any necessary alterations once it arrives.

4.Can I change my size after I placed my order?

Our dresses are made to order. After you placed the order and confirmed it, our designers and tailors has began to select the fabrics in the colors you wanted of this dress, and cutting the fabric according to your measurements. Even the standard dresses are made-to-order for our customers. Therefore, if you want you change your size you can only cancel this order within 24 hours after you place this one. And then you need to place a new order with the right size. Here is the details information about cancelling orders:

5.How to check my dress' tailoring status?
We understand your feeling and expectation of your dress, so if you need to know the tailoring status of your dress, you can contact us by email:service@TrendyGowns.com. Our customer service team will help you to check the status and give you a reply as soon as possible.
6.How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
TrendyGowns.com does have free fabric swatches available, such as satin, chiffon and Tulle, but you will also need to pay the shipping cost for only $5.00. If you need a fabric swatch, please contact our customer service first.
7.What can I do if I get my dress it doesn't fit?
If you get your dress but unfortunately don't fit, you can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy about size error.

About International Shipping & Delivery FAQS

1.How to track my package?

If you want to know the states of your order, please log in your account which is very easy and convenient.

In your TrendyGowns's account, all order status and information can be checked, including: shipping address, shipping method, payment information and items ordered.

Order status will be also displayed in your account when there is an updating. Detailed shipment information including tracking number to your account. You can track it.

If you don't have an account, you can contact us by email: service@TrendyGowns.com. And we will help you to check it.

2.How can I estimate the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen and the destination. Therefore, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.

To estimate shipping cost for any product item(s):

  1. Please click the "Add to Cart "button on the item's product information page. You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.
  2. Then choose the destination and shipping method, you can view the total shipping costs for the items in your cart.
  3. You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking My Cart at the top of every page on TrendyGowns.com.

Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If you do not want to order any item after viewing estimated shipping costs, just click the remove button to remove the items in the shopping cart.

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2012) and Chinese New Year (February 10, 2013), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-6 days.

4.What kinds of shipping methods you provide to?

With kinds of dresses, TrendyGowns.com also provides customers with three different shipping methods. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and efficient for you.

  • Expedited Shipping: The fastest option ships to all major destinations in 3-5 days. All Expedited Shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.
  • Standard Shipping: The cost-effective option ships to all major destinations in 6-8 days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.
  • Super Saving Shipping:The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 10-20days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Please be aware that order tracking may not always be available with this option.
5.What countries do you ship to?

6.Why you ask me for a "CPF" number? (Brazilian customers)

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices and companies are required to include a "CNPJ" number.

Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.

About Returns & Exchanges

1.How to return & exchange an item?
If you want return or exchange an item, you refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. And then you need contact our customer service by email: service@TrendyGowns.com.
2.What products can be returned or refunded?
If you want to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 7 days after you receive your dress. And we only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. 3.What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received?
We made the dresses by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted. For the details please click Return & Exchange Policy.

A TrendyGowns.com's account makes shopping at our site much easier and faster, allowing you to:

2.What if I forgot my password?
