Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us(service@trendygowns.com) as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, charges will apply due to material costs. However, for stocked items, there will be no charges before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Canceling Orders (Before delivery)

• 1.  All dress orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
• 2.  All dress orders canceled within 12-48 hours will be eligible for a 75% partial refund.
• 3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
