Floor Length Dress Measurements
1. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, just above the belly button.
3. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Hollow to Floor
From the hollow of your neck to the floor (barefoot).
Short Dress Measurements
1. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
3. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Hollow to Hem
From the hollow of your neck to your desired hemline.
Tip: For floor length dresses, measure from the hollow of your neck to the floor with bare feet, keeping your knees together and standing upright. For short dresses, measure to where you want the hem to fall.
Hollow to Floor: This is the length from your hollow (the hollow just under your neck) to the floor. Take the measurement with bare foot. Keep your knees together and stand upright.
Hollow to Hem: A short/mini/knee-length/Tea-length dress may need this measurement. Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to where you want the hem to be.
